Two goes, one warm up and one general flail. Good route but the fingers were freezing and i have approximately no endurance at the moment.

Brilliant route, did all the moves bar the one crux throw that was off a horrifically wet hold. One to come back for. (x2)

I went up with a double rack of cams and a few wires like an absolute punter, found that none of the cams would go in anywhere, and subsequently ran out of wires with some worrying rapidity. A brilliant, technical, and chronically sandbagged pitch, I loved every minute of it! Made even better by having Ben Moon rock up at the crag and run out of gear on Darius

This was quite an excursion! So sustained, so technical, so consistently steep. Outrageous!! The second pitch is protected almost solely by uninspiring fixed pins that you can back up with wires that range from not okay to actually pretty okay. A total head trip for me, getting used to the climbing style, the gear, the polish, and it’s been a while since I had any real exposure, and the second pitch on this had plenty. So stoked to have been able to sample the limestone trad when I did with climbing not seeming like much of an option for the immediate future.

Another lap to warm up (cold fingers, debacle) and again after trying Mecca (pumped everything, debacle). On my second go I punted off the crux like an idiot and then went to the last bolt where i punted off again. Maybe if I’m stuck in the UK long enough i’ll actually manage to climb this.

It can’t get any better for 12m of climbing surely! I somehow managed to do all the moves except for one at the top because i was fairly spent (but i’m fairly sure it won’t be that bad with a little energy). It probably contains the top 10 hardest moves I’ve ever done and all of them are funky and brilliant. Maybe one day in the distant future I could actually climb this climb?!

Didn't have a guidebook at the time but it looked like it had holds so gave it a go. Probably a bit hard for a warm up but second shot put a lot of it together. My first ever shot at a 26. 3.5 laps, with significant improvement each time, could go in another few shots. Final shot I had it down to 2 sections. Pumpy, technical, sequence, long and POLISHED. This is only my second time on limestone, and I found it intriguingly weird. A cool climb.

Second shot on my on preplaced gear from my onsight attempt. Blew the onsight near the top on the final crux. Two distinct committing, run-out cruxes surrounded by good climbing and gear. The final moves are quite gripping.

Mon 6th May 2013
Climbed on Jengas gear. Threw away the flash in the first few metres of climbing due to a lack of commitment, lowered to the ground and then climbed clean to the top. The first few moves are tricky and committing feet-free thinness with potentially a bad fall factor. After that it is much easier though still quite technical, a real classic.

Technically a red point cause I held onto a blindly placed first piece of gear to reposition it better, then lowered off and climbed clean (onsight) to the top. Some cool moves to the crux, but the committing, strenuous, thrutchy roof crack is the real money. Very exciting and powerful. Fun!

Two tricky sequences and then okay climbing. I fell off the last move of the final sequence, figured out the moves and then climbed clean to the top. Good, but sandy and over after the first 10m.

Four attempts. Stick-clipped up to get the draws on, worked it on TR, then on lead, then had a RP burn. Dropped it a few moves before the good rest, then suddenly realised how tired I was. I think it should go if I'm fresh.
