FFA. Really good line. Pitch one is the money pitch. Still pretty dirty and some choss and loose rock. Little bit scary but totally worth it. Done ground up onsight.

pinkpoint flash. Textbook slab - crimpy flakes are great until you pull them off, and the crux is some balancey foot reshuffling and a long L reach for me. Bit of rope drag up the top.

I found the flakes a bit suspicious and the top a bit slippery with lichen, both of which should improve with traffic. Fun offwidthy moves around the nose. Well protected.

This is a great climb worthy of the walk/ride in and with afternoon shade.
I'm not happy with the top anchors as the rock sounds hollow, especially the right one. I'll try to re bolt them about another 30cm higher as soon as I can.
Old anchors removed, new ones installed. Ready for action 18.02.2018

Vermillionaire is how you'll feel when you work the crux out. IMO one of the best and possibly the biggest slab in the Sydney region. As with Duck Season, I'm not happy with the top anchors as the rock sounds hollow, especially the right one. I'm not sure how I got that wrong. I'll try to rebolt them about another 30cm higher as soon as I can.
Old anchors removed, new ones installed. Ready for action 18.02.2018
