Ascents in Contreforts du Pelvoux as Flash

Defo my anti style, probably made it into a 7b in places but I persevered! Terrifying!

The "original" grades are a bit too stiff (5b max), but the most recent ailefroide topo is a bit too soft (two pitches of 5c+).

Crowded route. Party before us bailed because of an injury and we still caught up to the next one... Rain caught us before the last pitch, but the real wet shower fortunately only came while we were preparing the abseil.

Best line, great climbing!

At First we thought it was a 6a so I literally went up without much expectation but felt much harder. Quite easy climbing with smeary feet till the middle where the first crux is and there is a final crux waiting up near the anchors

Mega classic must do like that follows the crack with some laybacks and small crimps plus really technical movements

Probably easier than 5b. Good rough granite. Slab.
