The land around the waters edge is zoned as community land, including the cliff area. There is a possible access path that could be created along the community land from River Rd. The aggressive land owner does not own/has no rights to the community land along the river bank or the cliff. You can see this clearly on the zoning map for Penrith (https://www.penrithcity.nsw.gov.au/datamap). Would be really keen to lend a hand to develop!

Awesome! Good to see there are some facts to back it up. Now that we can see where the boundaries are we can develop the best access route. Let's get working on it 😊. The more people the better. We are working on some routes this Sunday (in 2 days) if you want to come and check the place out.
