Ascents in Desperation Wall as Lead

Great to get that lead after a sketchy lead on candy mountain.

With Sam L. First 3 pitches of Orpheus, then last 2 pitches of Black Orpheus.

Finally got up this!

The 1st pitch is a bit average, but worth it to get to the second pitch which has a really fun little traverse and makes the climb.

Lead all pitches. Leilas first multi. Great climb. First time leading all pitches.got through crux on first pitch without too much trouble.

First pitch was more difficult that the second one, I did it with a 60mt rope but I have to use and extra 15mt rope for retrive the rope at the first pitch.

Something of an epic day: we didn't top-out till around 19:30.

New mat installed around the tree on pitch 3. Good job done. Hopefully it will keep the tree going another 8 years.

Nice climb. P2 was the highlight. P3-5 is a little run out in places. Top of P3 is a slanting dirt ledge, slanting up to the left. Follow this to get below BO chimney for the belay. This is as per the description, but the topo diagram will have you going straight up. For P4 I went left to keep out of the scrub in the Prometheus I chimney. It was more run out and harder then it looked. Check all holds for P3&4 before cranking on them. From Cave 4 it is a simple traverse to Cave 3 and the top of Zeitgiest and then join the caves route to head down.

One of my favourites on Tibro climbed it a few times now and so stoked to climb this line with a lot smoother and efficient. I found a great pinch at the crux that made it so much more enjoyable haha

Very nice. I think I skipped a part as I went straight up to the chimney (directly up from the ground) without hooking to the right first, like how it is shown on the topo.

There wasn't much gear on that part, that is probably why it says to hook right.

We did it in 3 pitches. Very fun!

Great route, did it in 5 pitches, the third pitch was very exposed with few placements, the other pitches had plenty of Pro and awesome bomber placements. Used heap of slings and a wide variety of all of mey gear.

Trying to find something dry. This one dried first so we climbed it

Rock was good but some large loose jugs! Rapped down via zeitgeist not the caves! Fun and interesting iintroduction to my first multipitch!
