From Pennyroyal, head up the zig-zag track to the staircase just past Trackside Buttress. There is (usually) a cairn on the other side of the fence marking a rough climbers track. Climb over here and follow the track down and upstream for approx 20 metres to the top of a cliff. On the left edge is a DBB in front of a useful tree. This is the top of French Ethics (18).
