Finally got the send! Good, short little climb.

Done with a cheater knee pad hehe. Still goes at 24, not that it matters. Can't downgrade classics because my name's not Ondra

FINALLY! After 7 months of constantly failing, feels amazing to finally get the send. From what felt so far out of reach when I tried it initially, to now finally getting it, still feels so surreal.

Felt easy for the grade.

Second go. Good fun, pumpy climb.

Third go, first time on top rope. Cheeky hand jam beta hehe.

Pretty decent. Second clip in an interesting location though.

Got lost a couple of times hehe. Got fully pumped out on a few sections, but there was NO WAY in hell I was going to give up on this classic on my onsight attempt. Probably spent 45 minutes on the wall. Poor Greg. He’s getting old so better watch out for his neck injuries.

Worked out all the moves, might go next sesh. The last move can be done statically instead of yeeting it YEAH BOIIIII

Second burn! Crux is harder if you have shorter arms.

Absolute mega mega classic. Few intricate moves here and there, semi tricky but easy crux section, then a pumpy finish. It rained throughout the day so conditions weren’t lookIng great... but after a quick word with the man upstairs, the rain died down. Took 3 tries to finish this climb.

So good and so much fun!! Definitely a pumper for sure.

Fair but of run out between second and third bolt, however it's relatively good jams so you shouldn't fall. Bring 2 carrot bolts, one for the first and one for the second last. Also a good idea to bring a long quickdraw for the bolt before crux. Crux move was okay but manageable.

Man this climb is pumpy as! Crux is okay if you’re fresh, but by the time you get to it you’re goneskies.

Pretty cool climb. Tricky throughout. My toes feel like they’ve gone to war.

Last pitch was a bit scary. Couldn't find the bolts going up, so I accidentally joined up with the last two bolts of "Smack my pitch up"- definitely a no fall zone on that traverse there. Also skipped a bolt on my first pitch. The common theme here is that nut bolts are hard to find, OR I should've gone to spec savers.

What an absolute banger! Can't wait to come back and get the send. Awesome awesome moves.

Huh. Need to figure out that scoop/ crux heel thing.

Pretty sustained, with no obvious cruxes. Easy for a 21 in my opinion.

Took me 4 tries. First few moves felt hard - maybe I'm just weak lmao.

This is very stiff. Gotta get the right sequence, many micro betas. Don’t be fooled by the amount of chalk on the holds.

Tried this route on 22/3/20. Dogged it 3 or 4 times if I remember correctly. Tried it again today and got the redpoint first go.

Ledge where the anchor sits is sharp. The preferred way of cleaning is rappelling.

Nearly got the send on my third try, but fell off the gaston when throwing left hand. Another character building session.

Couldn’t do the crux, but apparently I used the wrong holds at the crux? There is supposedly a right hand side pull/ crimp instead of being baited by a RH Gaston

Bit tricky to figure out, but the moves are manageable.

Feels harder than its grade but I suspect it's just the nature of this crag.

Gave it 4 solid burns, but on the last attempt, fell off the last hold of the crux. MMMMM love me some character building.

Probably one of the most amazing roof climbing I've ever attempted. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out the sequence for the crux just yet, but will have to definitely come back

New high point, keep falling off crux though. Forearms feel like jelly

Got my ass kicked lmao. Start’s difficult, top is difficult. Big holds but feel insecure. Need to find better feet for next time.

Felt pumped leading up to crux. Can’t work on two hard routes in a day I reckon. Found new beta for crux (look in favourites folder).

Kinda scary, felt difficult for grade... Or maybe I’m a bit of a pussy.

I was told by a mate that this was a test piece 24 in the blueys. Certainly did NOT disappoint. Honestly the crux isn't that bad, just a good old sustained climb. What really gets me is that insecure bit above the crux. When you get there, it feels as if some gym bros brought their JBL speaker along and started playing "Lose yourself" by Eminem... All the while the wind goes jaflkdjfadklsjf in your ears, and you get flashbacks/PTSD from point perp. Can't wait to jump back on this again though. WAYOOO

Words cannot describe how much I dislike this climb, not because it sucks but because I do. 3 star none the less because it’s mega.
