Ascents in Oatlands having Beta

Warming up.

Quick Sat session. Did start, did finish, but never the twain shall meet.

Did all the moves. Ran out of skin and shade to tick.

Alright! Fell of the headwall twice before ticking. L foot flag allows r hand bump.

Did all moves, except the crux (moving r hand up to crimp). Cant remember foot beta for that move. Ticked the stand start (from crimps below big sloper).

After work session.

First try today. Found headwall pumpy (never did before).

Sorted moves from where it leaves Rumble, to establishment on headwall. Linked that part. Need to look at top, and somehow not pump out doing the whole thing. Harder than Rumble.

Ticked first try, then rained off for the day.

Warming up. Lake super high.

Traverse felt really solid, but pumped out 3 or 4 times on top moves before getting.

No problem. Felt good. (didnt really tick, but did to through crux, wet headwall holds stopped me continuing.

Hmm forgottten sequence. 5 tries. Felt strong, but need something that will work.

Warmup no problem

2nd shot. Still warming up 1st shot. Felt strong. Friction great.

Tweak! Felt strong. Pulled to hard too early. L ring and midd finger. Inj in hand. Both fingers felt instantly tired. No rip or noise.

Nice. Had done many times.

I dont think I can do it! Sandbag, or am I missing something?

Moves all ok. Im pumping out on the move to the lip hold. From jugs on Rumble, R has 3 hard hands and no feet change. This has 6 hands + 5f.

Bit of rain, so tried this. The final 2 moves are bloody hard!

Wow, harder than Rumble! Alot more moves.

Finally did it with the proper start. Matching toe hook, who would have thought?

Always feels hard. Could pull on, but struggled to keep feet on.

Have been trying this for years. Three days work (25 shots?) in last few weeks to get the tick. Note, I am starting with one hand on starting jug, and one on good jug 1.5m to the right.
