Been too long. Footwork was incorrect after big throw. And was looking for good crimp in the wrong spot. The red point will go one day

Could not pull the moves today

Loved this one. I used a heel hook through the crux. Works well if you're about 5'7

Executed the beta smoothly, a little desperation on the final throw but fingers were precise and was able to reign it in. Was happy as I have not been on this in a while

Glenn gave me all the beta to make it a straight forward experience. Nice climb I just wish the hard section was a few moves longer

Heck yeah!! First 26! Incredible progress since last time. Almost went on the first shot, then got it on the second. Such a fun sequence! And awesome belay from Isaac Buckingham as we keep trading send belays 😆

First time on it just sussing out the beta. Pretty cool moves!! Keen on having some actual tries soon.

New beta money

Draws and adequate beta run #1. Nearly punted twice on the second burn on the two big moves at the end of the crux sequence. Pockety goodness.

Good to get the send again. Was so close last time out but fumbled the beta because I forget a foot move. Still cant remember it, but know how to go the higher harder bump foot

A little disappointed. I forgot some foot micro beta deep into the crux. Fought through the hand movement but then could not move the foot. Should have just opted for the high right foot which is more straight forward but a little extra power for me. Had to do this on the second attempt of the crux. Felt real good.

Putting the draws up for Glenn. Was going to go for the red point. But the higher I got the wetter it looked and one of the holds was soaked in the middle of the crux. Ended up sitting before the crux. When I hit that wet hold it was much easier to hold then I expected.

So close to snagging another pink point on this. Stuffed up the foot sequence after the crux throw. Manged to keep fighting for a bit after. Could not do the final throw before the glory jugs.

Been ages so wanted to refresh the mind as I've climbed so much new rock since I was last on this.

Was overdue as I messed up critical beta twice.

Attempted the Red again. Hit the big move out. But about 10mm to far to the left so only had two good fingers on it. Tried to adjust on it several times and dropped it. If this happens again I will step the right foot up so I can better wait it. Feeling more confident on this.

Red point attempt. Overshot the crux throw. Fought to hold it for a bit. I know where I am going wrong when I am sizing up the hold now. I think placing that one draw will be fine. As the right hand gets hammered for the next few moves.

Much better. Stuck the throw, walked out to right. Didn't think I would make the crimp. Got it. Felt much better. Got the right foot move. Feeling rather desperate. Went for the right hand bump to upper side pull, peeled off fighting the whole way.

Was going for the clean send with some top down video footage. Seems gravity had other ideas.

Slightly overshot the start of the crux with the last finger just brushing the top and side.

Second shot and peeled of the victory jug. I don't think I engaged the left foot good enough. Oh well. Was going to have to come back for the red point anyways. I think the red will go down. Just one clip that will make the difference.

Second shot to make sure it was not a fluke. Felt even better this time. A little quicker no so worries about the top

I sit. Putting up the draws

Was not certain at second headwall clip. Felt like I was losing power. Committed to moving into the crux and just perfectly excuted the beta. Nailed the left foot placement after the right bump and popped up into the glory jug and it felt a lot better then expected. Quickly moved out and up onto the big just and had a quick shake before clipping. Slow and steady for the rest of the climb taking care not to mess up. It felt pretty solid. Such a fun climb.
