Start as for 'Dont touch the jizz' right to the arrete then up and over the bulge to top out

This climb is about 50m down the hill from section 59.

Pull up using the rail/side pulls, then gain the step before committing to the top out.

Pull up then move out right before topping out.

Sit start under slabby portion, traverse right and come up corner of boulder.

The side wall of the Torrens shops is a good bet for those on the south side. There was more of the same - an earth retaining wall below the old servo adjacent, but a rain storm collapsed it.

At 2.2m high and from 5 to 50m in length, the bottom tier of rough hewn basalt is generally traversed - but some choose to set hard diagonal rising mini routes with sit starts. It's likely that some people wouldn't appreciate the chalk patina that develops over the drier months and no one is really sure how the activity is viewed amongst Library management so please stay away from the front entrance area. The Lakeside walls are fantastic on a summers afternoon when the easterly breeze arrives.

On the side facing Lake Burley Griffin is the first short wall in between the main wall and the stairs. Can be climbed in either direction, though left to right seems more difficult.

Located in lower courtyard near the right end of the lakeside wall, look for the large gap in the hedge where it meets the wall. Rising right to left traverse ending with a big move to a jug.

The furthest right (West) wall facing the lake. Good and quite hard climbing on small crimps.

Using only the fourth row of blocks for hands (approx head height), traverse the full wall from left to right (~ 30 m).

There is a very good hold just under halfway along. From the start to here is probably ~V5. From here to the end is probably ~V6. The whole thing is probably ~V7.

Directly above Parkes Way as it tunnels under the ANU is the Noel Butlin Archives Centre - just outside this, on the north eastern side at the end of Balmain Cres is a long cemented basalt retaining wall that offers a sustained traverse or if you are really sure about youself, some highball solo's ... be careful, little bits of render give way quite suddenly. To access it ride or walk there via the east/west lake cycle path. It is just off the path on the very steep pinch as it goes over the Acton Peninsular.

On the lake side of the Le Couteur Building, Research School of Physical Sciences, below Mills Rd, is a high retaining wall - one of the first built structures climbed in the ACT. It has largely been forgotten but it is still there with the same hard edgy problems which are much more accessible now that the ivy has been stripped away. Do your part - climb and prune!

Pretty easy, and I doubt security likes it much, but I've never been moved off it

There are 2 sculpted boulders with additional plastic holds near the skate park at Eddison Park in Woden

This wall has been torn down in the 2010-11 renovations of the area.

The space between the crack in the wall and the arete next to the stairs

The far slab wall approximately 70 metres long. Note this is not the wall made of plastic in the fenced area. A good way to waste 20 minutes.

Find the short gap in the plants behind the chicken wire bike shed.

Start from the corner then up and out to freedom. The first and possibly best route at the school.

Find the largest gap in the plants behind the carpark and traverse across from left to right. Ends about 3 meters from The Swordfish Queen.

I dont even know how hard this is or will be probably far north of V7. Go to the outside of the gym on the side that faces the main school there are 2 green pipes. Traverse between them from left to right when facing the wall.

on the outside of the gym on the wall facing the main school building there is the obvious climbable wall. on this wall there are 2 green pipes to the left of the right most pipe there is a crack start with your left hand in this crack and head straight up

On the same wall as Bisk limpket there is an arete on the far left as with most routes here start with your right hand in the crack and left on the arete. Head straight up on the juggy arete with the crack for help.

To the left of scented candles. Up the arete with your left hand and the crack with your right

The sensible route. Straight up the side with the help of the window hole.

Start the same as Rapid. Climb into the window, turn around, come out from inside and up the roof.

Same route as Rapid, but without using the window hole as a foothold. Only use the small ledges and the window's "arrete" to get up.
