Ascents in Bluebell

Have top roped previously (not that I can remember). Does that make this a flash?

Fun climb, a little out of reach at the moment for a lead but fun figuring out the moves on a top rope.

Very excited to close this project of mine only a week or so after I started. Thought it would take me way longer. What a great line. Sustained big moves on big holds, no contrived nonsense.

Got to the small cave bellow the main lip in one go and found my no hand rest only to get pumped out on the next move and then take an inverted whipper trying to mantle the lip. The fourth (I think?) Bolt bends your biner over a slope so we have been threading it. A nightmare to do though.

Big holds, big moves, big pump. Great

First attempt saw me try and dyno everything. This only partly works. Great route.

Wild moves in the middle. Feels vaguely doable for me so maybe a soft 23? Or maybe it's cause of the hand jam dyno jake found in the crux.

Needed some help on the last move.

Awesome route. Found start a little awkward, then big reachy moves on jugs and an exciting finish. Loved it!

Consistency is the word I will use to describe my experience on this climb. It challenges you keeping a high level of pumping all the way up. Some months ago I thought I was very far from sending this project, today hard work and commitment proved to be the only thing I needed...
