Fairly straight forward climb, only 2 bolts so bit sketchy if you don't like that sort of thing. Same thing for topping, carrot bolts a fair way back.

Very run out with big reaches. There is one carrot on top to lower off, but in the worst place to clip (too far back from the edge). If you want to do this, set up an anchor from the tree before hand or risk a very run out top out with the possibility to deck.
