Routes as trad in East

The first route at Bare Rock.

On the way up the track you'll pass a blank looking wall with a horizontal break at half height. Climb the centre of the wall via two poor #5 Rocks, and finish with trepidation.

On the west face of Lookout Rock itself is a L facing flake crack. Layback up this to a move R onto the slab. Up to a ledge and tree, then climb the final wall to the top.

On the R side of the north face, up the gully to the L of Economy Class Syndrome is a thin finger crack, with hard to place wires at the top.

This climb is located on the path, up to the lookout, on the L. There is a wall with a Flake/crack on the R side. Follow this to top. No recording of any previous ascent.

Just before the main crag is a small face. Climb this.

Good pro, fiddly and a sparse but adequate. One carrot on the slab.

Start as for Science Circus but head up left across the blank face to finish up hand crack. Poorly protected. Possible on top rope from Turn the Page anchors.

Dance between the twin cracks finishing at a rap anchor.

Off width.

Stem between the offwidth and hand/finger crack. Continue to chains.

Sustained thin hands.

Left most decent looking finger cracks with block at beginning

Middle crack beginning with finger jams into thin hands

Flared cracks and layaways on both faces. Absolutely no gear.

Up shallow corner to undercling spike. Follow tricky cracks above.

Start: Left of two corners on the face.

A tricky finger start to the small ledge. Up the crack system above.

Start: The larger of the two corners on the face (the one on the right).

Take the easiest line of jugs up the wall. Poor pro.

Corner on extreme left of Black face. Bridge up blind corner to ledge.

Up easy handcrack above if you want. Bad protection down low.

This stinky corner is home to lots of live bugs, dead bugs. dead seagulls, live grandma's handbags, dead grandma's handbags and God knows what else. Climb it if you feel like punishing yourself.

Start: The obvious corner where the Red Face meets the overhanging Blue Face.

Follow the the cracks and flake to the half-way ledge of Tetragrammaton.

Start: At the far right end of the ledge system at the base.

Climbs left arete of Alchemy Wall via some bolts and wires. Moves right at second bolt above rooflet and back towards the arete for gear and more holds. Gear anchor set a long way back from the top

Mixed bolts and gear.

The leftmost crack on the main wall. Takes fingers well, to a slabby top out.

The corner and crack system in the middle of the short steep wall.

The thin line on the steep face, before the angle of the wall changes.

The alluring off-width.

Climb the offwidth and laser-cut crack above.

Start: To the right of the all the bolted routes is another offwidth.

Start as for Sentry Box. Climb the Sentry Box, continuing straight up the arête (crux), where Sentry Box escapes right (RPs) - Lower off anchors (unknown origin, now above route)
