Ascents in Wellington Dam

Heard the Locals call it Craig Sucks and also More Class than Ass so I guess both names stick. No bolts, Toprope for the moment it seems.

Solo it, to work on your head game.

Hah didnt see the first BR until i passed it. This was a tough one worked a couple moves and when for a pink point,got freaked on the last clip and grabbed the dog bone. Ill come back to clean this one.

Very psychological climb requiring committing to blind technical moves just before reaching the next bolt in afew spots. Really enjoyed this climb

Weird last two bolts, hard to clip.

This is a 22, and kind of easy for the grade. Required good balance and is nicely sustained to anchors.

I wimped out of the lead as the first bolt is ridiculously high, and very very sketchy to reach. I set up a top rope instead and found it an awesome climb. loads of fun

2nd go

Tried the onsite, couldn't man up for the last bolt. The first bolt is quite high - could use an extra. Too unsettling a climb to be enjoyable.

Couldn't stick the overhang.

There's plenty of scope to go wrong on lead, I was much happier toproping this. The route is far from obvious, but in the end it's a satisfying climb.

I could not for the life of me work out the moves up to the 3rd bolt - tired or blind?

Three attempts - the first two turned out to be mainly falling practice, and I'm pleased with my progress there, getting some good air time. Third attempt I almost got through clean but was so pumped I fell from a jug on the second last move. Excellent route.

Really nice climb, good rest in the middle made the finish feel solid.

Fun with some solid moves in the middle and some good rests. couldnt figure out the last section. will come back to work the final moves

What an awesome climb, loved it. The start is tricky and a bit sustained, then a puzzling crux (for me!), and a good rest in the middle. The last third is sustained, but ok after the rest. There seems to be two different finishes (right and left)? The run out after the crux looks scary from the bottom, but it's super easy climbing, so no problems at all there. I probably took the biggest whipper of my life moving to the second last bolt in one of the attempts. Well done Kate for the soft >5m catch!

Got scared and yelled at girlfriend when she told me to be flexible at the first bolt. Couldn't figure out how to pull over the bulge at the top. Or I was too scared. Ended up rappelling of the big log and retrieving gear.

Cool climb, one of the better lines at the crag

Think I remember this being easier than 20 when I bolted it.. Maybe some holds fell off.. Don't let the start put you off
