Runout slab but well worth its classic status. Really great sustained side crack on 3rd, 4th and 5th pitches.

Linked pitches 2 and 3. Nick led them all. The slab runouts were scary for us, especially the last pitch as we didn’t have tiny cams. The laybacking is fun but even starting at 1pm on a hot day, there were multiple parties behind us, so we didn’t slow down to enjoy it until we got to belays. Calves were seriously burning after 200m+ of slab climbing!

We linked Rambles into this climb. The 3rd pitch was really fun. Last 2 pitches with the hollow flake were just slab. Very similar to Slab Alley but with better holds. Went down the sketchy slab down climb that locals used. Saved some time from the descent hike. Climbing shoes or sticky approach shoes a must. These 8 pitches took 2 hours. 12 pitches in 3 hours.
