Routes in Región de los Rios

A 3 Pitch multi-pitch route scaling the headwall right of the Campground wall up 93meters of climbing. Comprised of 3 pitches (ground up) of 30meters, 30 meters and 33 meters consecutively. At grades 5.11a, 5.10c and 5.11a/b respectively.

This burly endeavor wanders up the left side of the arete overhanging and off kilter most of the way.

To the right of Consumo inmediato another longer 5.11d wanders through technical and delicately balancy moves on the black rock to top above the trees.

Into the woods at the base of the cliff, this route climbs from the lowest point of the V straight up out of the trees and onto the main face.

The only trad line on this slab. It follows the large crack/weakness that runs most of the height of the wall.

Nice climbing on excellent quality rock, flat slabby granite separated by lateral faults and occasional extra crimps.

Walking up the hill to the right from the base of Los Mulatos you find a small but beautiful overhanging wall of streaked granite. Here you will find 4 routes the left most of which is Fisura 5.12a

A left leaning route finishing at the anchors of Fisura s/n (5.12a trad route). Starts close (but not all the way) to the right hand edge of the ledge of which 3 of the 4 routes here are found.

At the far right hand edge of the ledge is Fisura s/n 5.10a trad route. It is located just above the finish of El tira toscas (He throws rough).

starting just past the rough ledge up to the other 3 routes begin a left leaning ascent up a scrambling slab. Finish at the base of Fisura s/n 5.10a.
