Ascents in Amora Gedel

Belay from the grassy ledge and climb straight up along the massive pillar to your left, then up a slabby section to reach the anchor. A 60m rope is sufficient. The route is well protected with bolts and pitons, take 10+ quickdraws, including extendable quickdraws to limit rope drag during the second half of the climb.

I cleaned the route of accumulated grass, bird shit, dirt, etc... up to the grassy ledge that marks the start of the second pitch. Good climb and well protected on solid basalt
