Ascents in Fakir

Multi pitch route. Pitch 1 is 6a+. Great route up a crag. with hugues

P1 only. The climbing is awesome up a continuous corner/flake feature, but this thing is polished to oblivion, and I couldnt didn't enjoy climbing on Teflon.

P1 only. Was ok. But the polish is the sun means you have to work harder for it.

Awesome!!!! Just a single fall at the middle-crux, following a red-herring line of chalky pockets. Very sustained. Above the crux is Taipan-style groovy steep slopers to the top. Was psyched for a 2nd lap for the tick, but this was an inferno in the sun

1st shot today placing the draws. Demanding (especially at the crux) and featuring only insecure slopers facing all the wrong way above the crux, but bliss to climb. Oozy.

A foothold broke on me on my OS go at the crux! It would have been 50/50 if I sent too, so unfortunate

I need to stop trying to warmup on Buoux 6b+'s .. fell off the nails slab at the 1st bolt, then onsight to the top. Still gave it a 2nd lap for the true tick. The upper technical steepness is brilliant and committing. About 23?

Awesome. Very sustained, but with no shutdon crux. Covers amazing steep territory for the grade. Nowra meets Siurana...

Stunning route. The traverse on sloppy greassy slopper isn't pleasant when it's warm. Except these 3m of unpleasant climbing, it's a must climb.

Much more fun than its neighbour. Second shot - only just.

A hold seems to have broken between the second and third quickdraw. The move is crazy hard, much harder than the grade and the rest of the route. You can skip it by pulling at the second draw. The rest of the route is stunning.
