really nice route. highly recommend. all pitches have different character all of them felt one or two grades harder.

An interesting and extremely worthwhile climb,climbed as one pitch, the views from the top are spectacular, particularly at sunset.

First climb in Meteora! Climbed as a giant single pitch belayed from the track with negligable rope drag. An awesome phallic feature to climb, with strange and engaging climbing the whole way, pulling on improbable pebbles and breaking out the gritstone techniques.

The rock is kinda crap, but -depending how much you choose to free- the climbing is extremely bouldery for Meteora and bloody unique. Climbed as a single pitch belayed from the track. Not sure what the story with the grade on this one is. Even trying to research it in town I couldnt figure it out. Clean 2nd P1 and I climbed P2 at 7a A1 with 2 points of aid (1 major, 1 minor)... there is no way this is 5c with 1 point of aid. I couldnt touch the 7b move, and another 1m was utterly beyond me as well. What I freed was the hardest climbing I did at Meteora. I suspect there is some misinformation about the grade, or epic breakages.

Climbed as 3 pitches in 3 hours round trip. I thought I was off route on P2 and made up a scary snappy traverse left onto another route, before realising I was originally on the right route and traversing back at the start of P3. Moderately runout, but solid enough. Great varied climbing on pretty good funky pebbles from soccer ball-size to marble-size. P1 & P2 (linked) - Onsight; P3 & P4 (linked) - Clean 2nd; P5 & P6 (linked) - Onsight.

Quite runout and somewhat inferior rock for Meteora... but you can't say its not a memorable line! The final down-climb and bridge across the void is entertaining (I had a go at freeing the downclimb, but the rock is disintegrating junk). Climbed as 3 pitches (OS P1 & P2 linked; Clean 2nd P3 & P4 linked; OS P5), and rapped off with a single 70m rope down the back (30m, 30m, 35m) but I suggest bringing 2 x 60m ropes and doing the easier rap down the face.

Climbed as 3 pitches. Another quality route, with a surprisingly sporty (short) top pitch. Not too runout for the area, and with a variety of pebble pulling moves and angles. P1 - Clean 2nd; P2 & P3 (linked) - Onsight; P4 - Clean 2nd.

A great final route to end the trip on. Similar to Pillar of Dreams but with less grovelling, and a bit more athletic. Every pitch had value, but the first 3 in particular were standouts. Still -unsurprisingly- quite runout, but well protected on the actual hard moves. The crux Pitch 3 is steep and sustained with punchy moves (and even heel hooking)! About 6 hours car to car. P1 (Onsight); P2 (Clean 2nd); P3 (Pink Point - 2nd shot); P4 (Clean 2nd); P5 (Onsight); P6 (Clean 2nd); P7 (Onsight). My favourite route of my time in Meteora.

Great Route. We combined pitches 3 to 5, and 6 to 7. Very runout in places, including a couple of traverses with no gear to keep the seconder focused.

Lead the first pitch, after we rapped the route to get down off the tower. First pitch is nice thin climbing up a black water groove on small polished pebbles. Well worth doing.

Climbed as a single mega pitch. Awesome. Steepening black water groove for 45m. Being in the narrow cleft between Holy Ghost and Holy Ghost Guardian, is nicely hidden from the sun.

Worth the long wait. Climbed as single pitch (needs two or three long slings to manage rope drag). Felt hard for the grade, but brilliant positions. Crux was rapping off while using Rogers MegaJul. God I hate the thing. Roger wouldn't let me throw it into the jungle, so I had to throw it away onto a gravel path so Roger could retrieve it. I then offered him 100 euro to buy it off him so that I could smash it with a rock 'office space printer style'. He isn't selling. He has two and seems to insist his multi pitch partners use one. It's some form of pycopathy where he enjoys inflicting pain.

Cracker. Four pitches of right facing corner system. Then two pitches of black water streak. Laybacks for days. Led P1, P3, P5+P6 as combined pitch. We were a bit nervous about only having a set of wires, and a single set of cams up to BD3, but there are more bolts than expected, including on the wide crack pitch of P4. Basically, there will fairly consistently be a bolt every 6 to 8 metres up the route, so a single set of wires and cams is enough.
