Ascents in Music Hall

It's an extension, not a 2nd pitch. It doesn't make sense to be graded lower than Stairway. 6c/+

Too hot to climb still but it's all money in the bank right? Got nailed at the crux but think I've got it sorted. Feels more like a 7b(+)!

Possibly a little intense for my active rest day and the uber polish at the top was a bit nerve wracking. Otherwise a really good climb.

Cleaning up after Mattys awesome onsight! Wore my jammies for the first time. It was awesome! Scary at the crux though...

2nd shot. A bit harder when a group of kids are yelling in your ear and trying to climb over you.... pretty rude.

Thrutchy, unspectacular 6b/+ climbing up some tufas to a no-hands sit down rest before a bloody fantastic crux sequence on the thin tufa fin into a hand crack before rounding left into a techy slab portion (6b/+). Crux boulder through hand crack is about V3/4? Route is rated a 7a in the guidebook but seriously it's either damn stingy or the hardest 7a in Thakhek! One-hanged on my 4th attempt but ran out of time this trip. Will be back to send!

Rather 6c due to the polished upper section.

Hard and painful for the hand jamming, better to climb with jamming gloves. Definitely a 7a+!

Best of the grade in the area

This route is really awesome. Hard moves to get out of the middle part.

One of the hardest of the grade I've tried. Uninspiring lower half before a spectacular tufa fin into hand-crack crux sequence, with a spicy slab on polished feet to the anchor.
