A few quick routes on the way to cappodocia

Sharp and not that interesting.

Slipped getting to second bolt, then kept falling off the start a few times. With most of draws on by dave got back on and sent. Holiday grades, but makes up for some of the super hard 6bs we've done.

Onsight to final bolt than the flow stopped, classic til then. Chose the wrong way to go. Went back to no hands rest and went way left at top.

Ok climb, bad mood.

No way it's 6b, involves a sideways dyno to a pocket.

OS first pitch, dog 2nd and decidd too sharp to do again.

Not helped by thinking I was on a 6b. Maybe macdougalled a bit right on the third go, but I was over the crowded cave by then.

First go on this weird conglomerate in arctic conditions.

Ok

Fell with 2 moves to anchors. Duh.

Nice with a little sting in tail

Standards much easier than kanakaylar. Awful looking bolts.

3 boulder sections with good rests. big reach needed at top, had to use an intermediate, get pocket with wrong hand and then swap while humping tufa

Last climb before second breakfast. Just before the sun hit us.

A little sharp

Enjoyed this once the second bolt was safely clipped. Interesting and run out crux.

Ok warmup. Better than Dave's choice which turned out to be a 6c

Second pitch had no chalk and looked crumbly. Nicer things to wear out fingers on

Pretty polished

I had done the route to left, so not exactly blind, but then tick marks give it all away anyway.

Found this hard, the tufa just too wide at one move for my pinch. Got sucked into a knee bar which was the wrong way.

The cold was a shock to the hands

So much easier than the conglomerate climbing. Perfect pockets and huecos

The climbs get easier as they get harder

Looks ok, but only short section of climbing

Bah. Good moves and then super long reach to an under cling with no feet and I got scared.

Nearly died of heatstroke at 2pm. Left the draws on the bottom half, and came back to send at 5pm.

Felt a bit solid first thing

Felt as hard as crying girl. I think it's a height thing.

Harder than 7a for sure. Not worth shredding fingers on as success unlikely.

3 shots to tick. Good moves and rests, and grade felt about right.
