The Nepal government have designated this a special peak, royalty free. But you still need a TIMS and Langtang pass.
Approach
From Kyanjin Gompa, start the same as Ganga La, crossing the bridge, but on the other side, turn right (left goes to Ganga La).

Kyanjin Gompa is the nearest village.
