[P] A 30 minutos do Funchal, em direcção ao Pico do Arieiro, encontramos à esquerda um caminho florestal que conduz ao parque de estacionamento. A partir do estacionamento indicado, entre no caminho de terra batida à esquerda, continue até à primeira curva à direita, onde se encontra a entrada do trilho (assinalada com uma mariola) (32.716219, -16.927320), siga pelo terreno íngreme até um antigo caminho pedonal de cota fixa, no direção do setor. 30 minutes from Funchal, towards Pico do Arieiro, we find a forest road on the left that leads to the parking place. From the indicated parking, enter the dirt road on the left, continue until the first curve on the right, where is the entrance to the trail (marked with a mariola) (32.716219, -16.927320), follow the steep terrain until an old footpath at fixed level, in the direction of to the sector.
