Prostredný hrot offers two faces for climbing.
SW face heads to Velká Studená dolina with 300m high base wall. The rest of face is easy scrambling. The rock quality is rather poor though some routes attract attention.
NE face heads to Malá Studená dolina and its rock is more compact. The face hosts several long and hard routes.
