This is one my most memorable sends because I tried it quite a while back but couldn't muscle through the bouldery first few moves. Today as I hung the draws, the bottom part went pretty easily, but I was taking nearly every bolt on the crimpy face after that to figure out the moves. Then, the top crux I couldn't get after 5 tries so I pulled through, finished it, and came down. I thought, oh well, this isn't going down today. No pressure. 2nd go - calm, in the flow, I suddenly find myself on point at the top crux, kicking myself for not working it out before because I know it would be a send if I had! I rest and shake getting it all back. Tried some beta that didn't work, climbed down, rested, and tried different beta that DID work (high feet and then feet left). Sent. Completely unexpected. One of the best feelings ever

This turned out to be a fun route. Thought the crux was yuck and I just needed to commit to the moves, but it flowed on the send and I enjoyed the crux.

Saw Beth cruise up it once while chatting away and catching up with her belay partner and thought wow, I hope one day I’m able to do that too. I put the draws up and sent first goooo 🥳🥳🥳 Finally I was ready to put this fantastic route together and it flowed so nicely. My first 25 and hardest route ever 🤩🕺🏽What a gorgeous line!

I once saw Hermie Venter engage beast mode and finish this route, after the crux, direct through the roof (left of the last bolt) and this I think would make it a hard 25 or even a 26. I finished slightly right which is how it was done before the hold broke off. Not sure if that's kosher, but a nice route with a tricky crux none the less.

Outstanding line. The crimpy section felt improbable the first time around -- amazing what you can stand on. Guy before me broke off a massive block, so I'm claiming this as a first ascent. Without that critical flake the route is probably closer to 27/28. 2nd Go

Second go send. Start on Trance Dance to ledge and then move onto Kirika to chains. Creates a nice hybrid route called Trance Prance (grade 23 which neatly skips the dodgy second bolt of Kirika (needs a rebolt) and the broken hold at the top of Trance Dance which has increased that routes grade to 25. Cool line Climbed with Josh.
