Description

The routes in this area were re-equipped following the original spirit of bolting, therefore is highly recommended to bring trad climbing gear for all routes.

Approach

From "Puerto de Cotos", follow the signs towards "Laguna Grande de Peñalara", road RV7. Meters before you reach the lake there's a junction, most of the sectors can be reached by taking the left towards "Refugio de Zavala", by the right you reach to "El Trapecio" walking around the lake.

  • Follow the authorized paths only

  • Swimming in the lake is forbidden
  • Camping in the are is forbidden
  • Do not bring dogs or pets, it's forbidden
