Head directly up the slab, or up the broken right hand corner to reach the roof. Break out right using the dark crack (Crux section, steep but well protected), then step up and left across the slabs and overlaps (poorly protected).

Direct variant to Lord Oliphant's Bicycle, travelling straight up from the ledge to the summit.

The centre of the wall to the right. Pull up to the ledge and move steeply up left of the trees to the fine finishing wall. Allegedly there was an old peg but not visible in 2021. There is a thread runner on the top wall.

5a,4c. Loose and vegetated.

5a. 36 metres. Halfway up Rake End Chimney its right wall receeds for 6 metres. This forms a sloping terrace. The left wall that does not step back provides a thrilling upwards traverse to the left and gains the slabby lh rib. Good gear to protect the steep moves, bolder but easy climbing on the rib, but good spaced gear is available.

Climb just right of Crumbling Dice via the front of the pillar to its top, then bridge left to the arete. Climb up slightly and move left again into the open V groove. Continue boldly up.
