The darker face to the left is home to 'Blackey' (#1), and has a loose trail to the top with a 2 bolt anchor.
The crag to the right has 2 sets of 2-bolt anchors. One set over the vertically fractured face, and one set over the arete to the right. Both of which can be accessed for a TR by heading up a loose trail to the right.
Probably the first established climbing area that you come do, while driving along hwy 178 from Bakersfield to Lake Isabella.
A very large paved pull-out on the north side of the road, and a much smaller pull-out on the south side about 3 miles from the sign marking the deaths in the river, provides ample parking for climbers.
15 secs from your vehicle. 20 if you park on the north side of the road.
