Ascents in North 40

The first 3 bolts is really great climbing but the top stays dirty most of the time.

Took my first huge whipper about 35 ft. Way exhillarating and then I got to the chains after I got that out of the way.

An incredible line. Start off with a powerful, bouldery sequence to gain the ledge. Now the fun starts; big moves onto huge jugs. At the 3rd clip, you have to reach for the small pocket with your right hand and match into an undercling with your left hand. It gets tricky getting to the last bolt and clipping the anchors.

Rest day classic. Big line up so had to send. Big moves between big holds. So good.

3 takes had trouble clipping last draw

Took 2 falls from slipping off of wet holds at the 6th bolt. Decided to bail.

Hung the draws and gave it one serious go.

Sent after two goes. Fun, but it was pretty clammy. It would be fun to do this in better weather with a camera.
