A great area for novices and as an introduction area. Short approach, minimal bushwhacking, just off a main highway near Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.

Up the dirty crack. Needs a good clean and maybe then it could be fun

Easy warm up with many options

Two large boulders overlap directly over the Terrace Path (red trail). Climb the face of the boulder to the east.

SDS, on arête. Head up along arête.

Climb the left side of the slab and arete.

Climb the right side of the slab through good jugs.

Climb the right corner. Down-climbing this is the easiest way off of the boulder.

Jam your self into the crack between this boulderand the chief. Move up and topout.

Climb the obvious tower. Solid hand and foot jamming. Some large pieces are handy for protecting the start. Make your way to the first ledge. The cracks thin out and the rock becomes more balanced, use light footwork and refrain from pulling on the smaller blocks. There is a nest of webbing with mallions at the top for rappelling. Be sure to inspect these pieces thoroughly before clipping anything into them.

Follows a thin, broken crack that angles up and rightwards up the face. Protection is thin at the start, with one in-situ piton, then better farther up.

Climb blocks and flakes to the roof, which is dodged around its right edge, then left again and up the slab to anchors.

Not recommended 2nd pitch above "Tudy"

Lots of variant starts from 5.5 to 5.8 into a 5.6 climb, with maybe even a 5.11 face to the left.

Finishes on ring anchors.

Wafer Area.

Start in an offwidth and fight your way up an awkward hanging chimney and dihedral facing left. Exit up large detached flakes and a short headwall.

Slab region between the plaza and the ice gully.

The prominent hand crack up the buttress. Gear to 4".

P1 (25m, 5.6): Follow the right of two crack systems (the offwidth) up and through a blocky overhang (crux), continuing up to a small ledge and anchor.

P2 (15m, 5.5): Either climb straight up from the belay (harder) or traverse right around a large block and up a hand crack to a large ledge with Metolius rap hangers. Rappel.

Climbs the left arrete behind a flake. Top Rope only with anchors at the top.

At the far right of main cliff, just left of the obvious large detached block, climb the slabs.

Short shallow corner about 14m right of "Porky Makes Three"

Climbs the large left facing corner located about 15m left of the spring. Great continuous crack climbing which leads over a tree to a two bolt anchor with rap rings.

Slab veering right

Just to the left of Veronica.

Short first to offwidth sized crack with serval features that offer face climbing options. Anchors may be hard to spot from the ground, but they are there hidden in the tree directly above the main crack.

Handcrack located 8-10 feet further into the gully that "Does Your Boyfriend Drive Too" is located on. Route trends upwards to the right and has a short traverse to the right to share quicklink anchors with the previously mentioned sport route. Easy cam placements throughout.
