Ascensioni in Horotane Valley Bouldering

Spent many attempts trying the sit start, but will need to settle for the stand. Sit will be at least V8-9.

Feels V6/V7ish?

Used very different beta today palm pressing and using higher feet. Felt like a stiff 5 or soft 6 with that beta. Clearly contrived but a fun challenge nonetheless.

Similar style and difficutly to 'Dame Más Gasolina' but a bit more awkward to get the starting position right.

Holiday weight working against me.

Felt more like V3-4 to me.

Felt nearly impossible the other day, very easy today. Hard one to grade🤔

Found new beta going left hand up to the crimp. Easier this way, perhaps only V4. Either way my favorite problem on this boulder and top 3 in the Valley.

Incredibly contrived with the juggy lip staring you right in the face the whole way. Weirdly engaging and fun though.

First move sorted, psyched. Will be a king line.

Regrettably much easier than I originally thought. Still the best problem in the Valley by a long shot. Would be a high-quality line anywhere.
