Ascents of Golden Giles as various tick types

This was a hard 24, because I thought I was on an 18. Took a massive fall in the last move to anchor and decided to call it a day

Got on it by accident, but ended up being a happy one. Just tried the first pitch, lots of fun, very cool cruxes

Seems pretty plank at the first pitch, not sure if there just some holds broke, or this is just a little thin.

Last climb of the day, will come back with more light and time.

No chalk on the climb made it exciting! Big whip when mantling the ledge as a hold broke as I went to rock up made me punch myself in the face and throw it at my belayer. Good times 😂 would clean up nicely if it got some more action. Only did the first pitch that was enough choss, dirt and air time for me.

P1 only. I didn't get a shot at P2 after my 2nd refused to follow me up this. I climbed clean to above the crux, then had a stupid fall. In its current form, a crucial hold is missing from the last (5th) bolt, and can only be climbed by deviating off route resulting in a massive runout. Dirty, snappy, and bit wandery but with good sections. The 7m to the first bolt is hard and scary on ground-up, and the lower crux is nails. Maybe with a reposition of the bolts and a clean this could be great.
