Interesting way out turned full on mission. 6 people (3 x 2's) lead to seconding the first pitch in the dark with no head torch. Luckily got torches out at belay and all fine from there, definitely an interesting end to the day!

Suuuuper run out with carrot and u bolts along the way. The line isn't super obvious since it meanders to the right. Easy climbing though but a slabby climb. 3 Carrat bolts and a U bolt at the top of the first pitch (or what I thought was the top). Not super comfortable with a small ledge.

Did it in 1. Rope drag was the hardest part. Not difficult but not for a beginner on lead. Meandering and bad consequences for a fall.

Lovely fun climb, I did it with my son. There were plenty of carrots (in my humble opinion) and it felt well protected. An enjoyable grade 8 outing with a few fun moves on the hand traverse off the first slab and a nice belay position after the first pitch.

Good slabbing, but quite run-out with weird bolting (more bolts protecting the <5 grade scramble to the top than the proper climbing below). On the bright side, featured nice climbing thoughout and good gear in the breaks.

Great climb! Felt like squat training with a pack full of gear. Lead in one pitch on two ropes, drag wasn't terrible. Could have placed a few cams instead of (and in addition to) faffing with carrots. We walked off left via Witches Glen.

Keep saying I'm going to leave enough time at the end of the day to do this. Turns out it was not enough time. First got lost onto Ra for a bolt in the middle, realised it was a bit much, and backtracked. Then I didn't bring enough bolt plates and had to implement the old nut trick for the first time. Second pitch was by headtorch, except one headtorch wasn't working, and about 5m from the top I knocked the other headtorch off my stupid noggin and watched it flash off into the dark. Thankfully there was half light and shiny ring bolts to find at the top and Nat can climb without seeing... THEN we spent an hour bashing in circles by phone light before giving up and taking the track back south to Horne Point. Which was a very easy walk out, it just doesn't save any walking.

Feels a lot harder than it used to, holds are quite worn and rounded now, and often covered in a lot of moss and dirt, bolts aren't the easiest to find. Definitely doesn't feel like an 8 anymore compared to the first time I did it 10 years ago.

Started this climb at sunset & finished with head torches. Great views & fun climbing on largely spaced carrots. Placed 1 cam that created loads of rope drag. Extend Qd's Got lost on the walk out for a little until we found the sign for witches glen near the Sundeck cave. Fun adventure to finish the day

climbed this instead of hiking up the descent gully. v fun and easy. carrots looked fine to me and i didnt place any other protection, but ive heard a story of a guy puling out out with his hand. so beware i guess, BUB belay at the top, link it up but expect some rope drag

Nothing beats climbing in rain with a pack on. But I guess its a skill that every wanna be Alpinist should possess. Took a bit of commitment to trust all those wet and slippery holds. Did it once before in the raging sun, hated it. Did again in freezing rain, loved it.

Not sure what to say about this... I agree with the description that it's always nice to top out and shorten the walk out at the end of the day. The route is very beautiful. But if you have a very heavy bag, then it's actually a bit scary, because you just don't want to fall, and the bolts and gear placements are very well spaced out... So I wouldn't say it's worth it unless you walked down with limited stuff in your bag. The bush bash (if you consider that you meander around) is closer to 300m though, and again, not so much fun with big bags. I guess it would have been more fun with no bags, or just a small one for the second as normal multi-pitching... Also, it's very easy, but EIGHT? I am not sure... 8 is VERY low. Feels like more with bags, for sure...
