Tried to avoid using the gym holds, but it would be a fight. So decided to use the artificial holds in order to get out of the sun as fast as possible!
Amazing to be able to climb here!
We climbed under the 30 degrees sun, which was stupid, but that was my only opportunity! Got to the top completely exhausted!
We combined pitches 1 and 2, 4 and 5 and 7 and 8 as a desperate attempt to get out of the sun as fast as possible. It was fine but there was rope drag, and I had to skip a few bolts to make sure I'd have enough.
There were a few gym hold on the first 4 pitches, but they are not necessary at all, as I didn't use them.
On the last 4 pitches, there are many gym holds, and they were very useful actually. I'm not sure it would be possible to climb it without them, but I didn't even try, as the sun was killing us!
We abseiled from the top, but I strongly recommend getting a boat and starting from the water, especially if you're doing this in the summer (which I also don't recommend 😅)
Getting to the top with no water left was hard, almost having a heat stroke, we still had to do the whole trail back to the car with a lot of great and 2 ropes... Tough day!
Traurig irgendwie jedenfalls
Hier wollt ich schon lang her.
