Ascents of Rocknasium

Changed my beta up halfway through my attempts, then dropped the throw a few times.

Ditched some of the previous beta, too hard to get the feet out of the toe hook. Used the feet out left instead, was able to set up for the dyno and give it some good attempts. Not too close but at least able to generate force towards the right. Progress.

Spent all session telling Kez his beta was wrong. After a few hours of falling off i was using all of Kez’s beta. Next go for sure.

Toe hook beta seems to be the go, now I just need to learn how to toe hook without needing a power spot

To tired at the end of the session

Played with a few opening sequences. Almost caught it once, if not for the weak lock off. Great line.

After more than two years, this one finally went. The most satisfying send for me personally. It's a classic for a reason. Unforgettable, beautiful problem.

Solid boulder. Skipped the pinchy right hand crimp and just dynoed from the crimpy jug. Felt much better that way.

Awesome, powerful climb that you gotta just crank. Crimp so small in the middle that the dyno seemed the best way. Really fun. Roller coaster of emotions expecting the flash, thinking it’s super hard then finally just pulling hard for the send. Ass tap included

Day flash repeat, still as fun as I remember

Got all the moves up to the crux. Used a toehook out right for the first move up left and the bump, then on the start hold to move the right hand up to the pinch. Could barely hang on after releasing the toehook, so couldn't go for the dyno at all.

First session on. Got the first and last moves sorted. Now for the hard part in the middle!
