20 | ★★ Lucky's Roof — 2 attempts - with Hyakatan | 5m, 5
Started from the rock, didn't try the tricky looking first move. Got all the rest in one go on second attempt with draws already in, but didn't bother clipping the final anchor, just downclimbed in sections to clean.

17 | ★ Python - with Hyakatan | 8m, 2 | ★ Good
Sent on top rope after Amanda's lead. Easy but good climbing. Holds are reasonably far apart so have to use your feet well.

||||||
19 | ★★ Fixed Steps — 5 attempts - with Hyakatan | 10m, 3 | ★★ Very Good
Nice technical climbing on the arete. Mostly quite good holds, but position dependent, requiring good tension.

21 | ★★ Tits and Bits — 5 attempts - with Hyakatan | 10m, 2 | ★★ Very Good
Tried on top rope after Amanda's lead. Got all the moves, after a bit of figuring out. Some big moves off poor feet at the start, easy after that.
|
||||||
15 | ★★ Andrew's Bulge - with Hyakatan | 8m, 3 | ★ Good
Started a little off to the left to get to the first bolt securely. Nice rock but very straightforward climbing.

18 Hard | ★ It's a wrap — 2 attempts - with Hyakatan | 12m, 6 | ★ Good
Fell off the mantle at the second bolt on the first attempt. Hit the ledge on my ass, but very gently as all the force was taken by the rope by that point. Tried again without pulling the rope, got most of the way up before getting pumped/scared and taking a rest.

||||||
19 Hard | ★ Brown Hornet - with Hyakatan | 15m, 6 | ★★ Very Good
Stick-clipped first bolt for Hyakatan's lead, then I followed on top rope.
Popped off a hold fairly low down, then did the rest in one go. Nice climbing, fun moves, quite sustained all the way to the anchor. Some of the clipping positions seem tricky so probably a fair bit pumpier on lead. Some rests which are probably great if you're better at resting than me. Nice big horizontal crack mid-way up makes for easy and secure jams even for someone as bad at crack climbing as myself. |

17 | ★ Fabulous Muppet Show - with Hyakatan | 15m, 5 | ★★ Very Good
Lead this one and got some cleaning practice in. Then top-roped it and cleaned again after others lead and top-roped it.

17 | ★ Fabulous Muppet Show - with Hyakatan | 15m, 5 | ★★ Very Good
Easy but fun. Very picturesque going into the cave half-way up, with some nice exposure as you head back out onto the arete. If you head up right through the cave you get tons of rope drag and end up at the wrong anchor, as I learned while belaying. Go up left past the carrot instead.

||||||
19 | ★ Gushing Knees - with Hyakatan | 15m, 4 | ★★ Very Good
Pretty thin and tricky at the start. Easy moves from there but I got super pumped for some reason. Maybe just because it was the first of the day. Probably much easier when it's in the shade and you don't sweat like a pig.
|
||||||
21 | ★★ Cherry - with Hyakatan | 15m, 6
Tried on toprope after Aaron lead it. Spent a while flailing around on the crux to no avail. Was just barely able to get to the "good" crimps on the left and right individually, but felt too weak to move the other hand off the jug. Don't know if there's some better beta or if I just need stronger fingers. Lowered off from there so I didn't even see the rest of the route.

First outdoor lead. Quite easy, lots of hands-free rests.

18 | ★ Stormin Norman - with Hyakatan | 12m, 4 | ★ Good
First outdoor climb, on top rope. Rested to suss out the crux. Was more reachy than anticipated but fine once I knew what to do.

||||||
16 | ★★ The Sisters of Fatima - with Hyakatan | 12m, 5 | ★★ Very Good
Pretty easy and juggy. Great rest half-way up with a heel hook that uses your whole calf.
