Ascents of Wish You Were Here as Attempt

Would love to come back with more people and pads to figure out this one

Had to dyno since I can’t span the move out

Got all the moves but the last couple off the jug in two parts. Beta for the crux: both hands on the far left undercling, left straight to the far sidepull, right foot heel hook on the right side of the jug, then left foot heel hook opposing it. Then squeeze the two to maintain tension to match and keep bumping the hands up. Once the left is on the jug just campus the right up to match.

First time trying. What a wild boulder. Seemed impossible first few tries but was soon falling off the jug over the lip on a regular basis. Another v5 classic project in the shire. Seems a lot closer for me than 'in God we trust'.

Just the flash attempt. Decided not to try and work it solo.

Worked on getting up past the lip the most efficient way

Worked on bottom section. The left shoulder was struggling with the big move to the jug.

Very close. First time trying V5. Next time!

Tried for the repeat but came off the mantle,the unsend. Pretty heavy landing broke the flat landing rock so the surface isn't as good as it was, might be time to get a mat.

Getting closer but skin gave our before commitment kicked in.

felt possible by the end but don't have the full sequence yet. Might need a mat or spotter to convince myself to commit

Completed in two halves, keen to come back! Great fun, brutal on the forearms though.
