Ascents of Cosmic Caveman as various tick types by Tom Reid

Seconded to get my draws off it after Cal had some fun. Rested a bunch of times. Unclipping the 3rd was a bit scary on 2nd!

FFA. Tick! Open for business. Left draws on and some chalk for all budding second ascentionists crazy fun climbing on this rig, barely spoilt by the sandy bit at the 3rd bolt.

2 shots, first - fell at the anchor again. Derp. 2nd shot got to the cut loose on the pockets, then dogged to the end and worked out how to do the end better; left hand to the last hold rather than right, then clip across yourself. Next shot fo sho!

2 shots Saturday, worked out some crazy beta. 2 shots Sunday, first go I fell off the last hold! It's a tough clip though so I was close but not that close. Second shot was rubbish, core shot.

2 working goes, most of the moves done now. Just need to work on the crux getting from the pockets out the first roof..

First two tie ins. scrubbing, chalking, exploring. Holy balls its steep! can do 1-4 clean, under the invert seems hard and weird, then can do the middle section to the last bolt clean. heaps of fun.
