A caution to anyone planning to climb this after rain - a large portion of this route seeps badly - to be honest I think it might be quite tricky for a grade 1 anyway, but wet it gives several thoughtful moments both high and low on the route.

My first ascent on return to Ozland! Wrong time of day tho, the afternoon sun was a killer. This was unbelievably deja vue for me, recalling the ascent I made with my father 34 years earlier.

my father took my sister & I up this as kids and what an experience it was to look out from the top across the coastal plain. This was the 2nd climb I did after I arrived back in Oz in '98.

Always wanted to do a moonlight ascent of this mountain and this evening was a perfect full moon. Bit of a chill wind up top despite the summer heat below. Did it in under 2hrs this time.
