A bit of a bush bashing adventure. The climbing is pretty average, first pitch is probably the standout. We decided to go straight up the clean, unbolted slab directly above the belay of pitch 5 to top out 70m later.

Great fun! Bit of bushbashing, and some nice sections of climbing. No memorable moves or sections, apart from the slab on the 6th pitch, but a great quality adventure nonetheless! Ryan did P1, P4-5, P8. I did P2-3, 6-7
A lot of the rock on the South Face seems to have eroded with an incut in them, as opposed to the north faces and Desperation Wall being sloper - maybe the tops of the columns lie in the south, and the bottoms in the north? |

Led all pitches. A fun way to explore a less-trodden section of Tibro, and less heady than anticipated. While there are big runouts, most of the climbing is so easy (like, grade 10-14) that I hardly noticed. The bolts or gear are there when you need them.

A fun adventure.
Pitch 1 was straight forward.
Pitch 2 I think I got a little off line, ended up being level with the anchors but quite a few metres off to the left, it was easy bush bashing to get to the chains.
Pitch 3 was fun but very short, definitely not 30m.
Pitch 4 and 5 I linked, had a few metres to spare using a 70m rope. Pretty easy terrain.
Pitch 6 had some nice moves, protection available where it was needed.
Pitch 7 I went right around the buttress, another bush bash.
Took about four and a half hours to summit, we weren't in a rush but we made much better time from Pitch 3 onwards. I lead all pitches

Pretty good route considering the terrain it's on and how new it is. We simul'd pitches 3-5 but stopped after experiencing a few patches of loose rock on pitches 3 & 4. The route is mostly solid and should clean up nicely with a bit of traffic.
We rapped down from pitch 7 in 4 raps (with 2x60m ropes). The intermediate anchor on the second pitch (before climbing through scrub) gets you down to the ground nicely on a 60m rope. There's a few loose patches of rock off-route that you'll pass on the way down, be careful if your ropes are below! |

Great addition to the existing lineup of Tibro classics. Good to have another multi that finishes on top of the mountain. Pitch 1 was the stand out pitch for me as it involved really cool climbing on classic Tibro rock. From there on it was mostly slabby scrambling with a cool view & position on the "airy ridgeline pitch". Had to finish up via the pitch 8 "classic" which was a 1 move wonder but much better than walking off pitch 7. Definitely not a grade 16 so don't let that scare you too much. I think most pitches after pitch 1 are a bit over graded but I'll leave that for you to decide for yourself
All in all a great day out & the route ended up having 3 parties on it that day, & it was a Thursday! Not much loose rock for a new route but a few crumbly sections. Thanks to the boys for the efforts in adding a such a fun new route to the Mountain! |

The first pitch was really fun anyway & made me think. Lots of great views the whole way up, well placed bolts, simple enjoyable climbing to be honest. Would recommend. Took us a leisurely 3hrs or so to get up it on a nice sunny morning. Thanks for bolting this one guys!

Great climb for people that want to get into adventure climbing but aren't very confident. plenty of loose rocks so wear a helmet. Unfortunately this climb climbs past some very pretty vegetation, orchids and so on which I can see getting trashed, due to I can see this climb being very popular especially being shady in summer. Over all A worthy addition.
We did the whole climb in three pitches with a 70m rope, at no time was rope drag problem surprisingly. |

An overall good multi that is going to rival the likes of Troposphere for its easy climbing, good rock and closely bolted nature. Without a doubt a worthy addition, but honesty wouldn’t worry about the last trad pitch. It’s one OK 16 move off the belay which turns to Boulder-bashing quickly. Just walk off from the top of P7. Don’t forget to rescue to stranded tourists :-/ |

Nice day out! Only up to pitch 6. Needed to rap down for reasons, and time was an issue. Crux on P1 was a dripping mess after 2 weeks of rain, but rest of the route was dry. Was still pretty easy. Cool climbing on P1.
Linked 1&2, 3&4, 5&6 and rope drag was manageable using extenders. Abseiled from top of P6 on a single 60, a little fiddly due to the slab but no problems, having the intermediate rap anchor on P2 is great. A nice easy ramble, agree that everything in pitches 2-6 is pretty straightforward Tibro scramble. Would be a great easy cruise to the summit if I’d finished it, should be popular. Bolting is great, no shortage of hardware. Great job guys, thanks for the route! |

Awesome climb, fairly easy to get to, slightly soft grading but some fun moves throughout.
If you’re not used to the heat bring lots of water. We’re used to climbing in the Blueys and Nowra areas in autumn through to spring and only brought a litre each and it was not enough. We were pretty dehydrated by the time we reached the top.
The hiking track is pretty sketchy, would recommend leaving your shoes on if your feet arent dead. We did it in runners and ended up rapping off a tree at one point because down climbing scorching rock whilst dehydrated was not really ideal. So theres a red sling and silver biner on a tree on the down climb if anyone spots it.

Onsight simulclimbed this with Josh, Andrew, and Nate today. Reached the top in about an hour. Could have been faster but ended up belaying at the top of the 7th pitch as we ran out of draws. Overall, a great addition to Tibro, especially given the mostly shady aspect (we started the climb at 10am and topped out at 11am).

Onsight simul-climbed with Dave. Ran out of draws at top of pitch 7 so had to pitch that last one out.

First pitch is good, after that though it is very easy. 90% rock scrambling. Great multi to do simul-climb provided you are confident in your ability

Grades were far easier than anything experienced at KP, still a fun day out in the mountains though.

Definitely felt over-graded, at least the first pitch, though only going off the range of 19 and lower we've climbed at KP.
Lovely climb, in the shade for all but the last 20 mins nearing noon from memory.
There were some loose sections, especially on the last two pitches, as well as fragile holds with one seeming jug splitting away in a dinner plate size from the rock/face itself. Otherwise felt very safe. |

Rapping off was dumb (should have walked off) and all the twists were in the rope. The first pitch was very wet. Tibro, am I right?!

Great climb. Was pretty busy on the day we did it with 4 other groups on the wall. Beware, the 3rd pitch trends to the right. Don't follow the line of bolts heading left into sketchy mixed territory like the group in front of us!
Actual climbing was nice, especially pitches 4, 5 and 6. Lots of crumbling rock on the lower pitches. |

Second time in two weekends. Rappelled off this time which took longer than climbing the route.
