Ascents in Sentinel Rocks

Rapped down and had a look. I think it'll be easy enough - hard past second bolt, but may be less balancey in sub 30km/h winds

Fun, but harder than it looks.

Warms the cockles of your heart and hands. A rap anchor at the start of rolling thunder p2 would make sense.

Very nice. The gear is a bit too fiddly to make a great beginner lead.

Only moderate protection by modern standards although better protected than most Booroomba slab. There is no anchor at the top (only an upwards nut over the edge). Questionable quality bolts at the far right end of the block can be used to rap down the side.

Don't do it. It's not worth it. Take a huge (5+) cam if you do. But don't.

Quite nice hand crack, a little slippery on the feet up top.

There is no way this is still a project. Obvious crack to boulder right off the track.
