Ascents in Lost World as Red point or First free ascent

Super stoked to get the second ascent on this classic line. The first two boulder problems were insanely fun. Around 7 sessions working this beast. I think 28/29 seems about right, but needs some absolute crushers to confirm it

Second go after learning where the 'pocket' was

Near impossible to onsight since the crux chipper is perfectly camouflaged

Hard 24 or easier 25.. Surprisingly good holds when you need them. The top crimp crux is a bit spicy. Sent second shot.

Finally! 11 attempts over 4 sessions. Battered both my body and mind. Thanks Drew Ivison for the belays and encouragement. Undercling and karate kick your way across the roof, around the bulge and onto the thin arete before nervously making your way up mostly jugs to the anchors. Grade needs confirmation by the second ascentist...

Blew the flash on the delicate traverse at the bottom. Fun middle section. Thanks for cleaning and preparing the route for me Drew Ivison . Being tall definitely helps on this one!

Classic climbing on some average sandy holds. It all goes okay once the layers of dirt are removed. Great fun though!

Excellent. 3 short and very different boulder problems stacked on top of each other. I think Josh is right on the money @ 25.

Foot slid off the sand on the very first move and bashed my knee pretty hard.... Pretty interesting but 3 stars..?

Would probably be a classic if it was clean. Nice varied adventure climbing with an exciting finish.

Back to slab school for me! Was very happy when my belayer yelled out 'Handjam' at the right moment.

That's a hard crux sequence! possibly even more so than soup or force. put the last few draws on.

2 really good rests and 1 is right before the crux. You can recover almost 100%. Maybe a soft 22 because of the rests.

Seemingly impossible on the first attempt, then actually not to bad on second go. Very nice climbing

Harder and bucket than I remembered. And the slab move is even more desperate now that I've broken the low thumb hold.
