Ascents in 云南 Yunnan as Red point or First free ascent

Hard, finger intensive boulder problem. Happy that my right hand could handle this one today.

Very fingery, two boulder problems. Being able to even climb this is a great measure of how far my finger injuries have improved.

Wonderfully varied crack climbing. More than one section required problem-solving.

Remarkably aesthetic, a gorgeous splitter crack.

Offwidth, a bit of elevator door, a secure fist jam, good hand jams, and a beached whale finish. Very physical!

Above the wide crack this route feels like a sport climb protected by gear. The pure crack routes at much lower grades are harder than this one, for me.

Delighted to send this lovely crack! Jams the entire way, except for a final two meters of laybacking.

Some tricky movements on this one, but always well protected.

More fun than it looks, worthwhile for me.

I was able to extend good 0.5, 0.75, and 1 on the left side, and thus avoid only relying on bumping up a 6 in the right crack.

My onsight attempt ended with a fall onto my cam at the awkward crux. This route taught me that the most obvious gear placement can sometimes block a key hold.

The lower half of the route was challenging for me, sustained hand and foot jams.

分动作摸了两把，红线爬了五把。我那可怜的耐力哟，五把里前四把都是最后一把快挂翻钟乳那里掉，每把都是力竭掉，每把都只能进步一个手上动作。中途去黎明爬了五天，回昆明去机场前强行塞进三小时，又爬了两把，才红。

顶绳两把摸动作，先锋三把收线。中间涨手转layback的动作蛮微妙，秘诀是把左脚尽量涨高。
