1 burn. Lots of tries of crux. Got foot across a few times but couldn’t transition

YESSS! Did the crux twice cleanly in thunderstorm 1 burn.

Wasp in the face, wasp on the pants, wasp dead, bolt fall off. Venga Lee Venga! (2 burns)

Couldn't do crux today, exhausted by 3rd try (3 burns).

3 burns. Felt strong. Almost got foot across to R wall on 2nd burn. 4 inches maybe. Next year!

Getting the gear on. I was getting my foot to the other wall but couldn't transition.

Fell on move to golf ball, struggled more on crux.

Beginning hard, Rest, Crux, rest, pumpy climbing, rest, redpoint crux to the top

Done it, what a lovely line, physical battle with the redpoint crux, but finally it went down on a day with a lot of wind

First 8b! A crucial hold (knob/bulge) in the first crux broke off this year, so I had to find another beta going through the slopers and skipping a clip. Its a really cool boulder problem and definitely much harder than before, so I don't think it's a soft 8b anymore. North/West wind and low humidity was crucial for the send.

Hell, I couldn't get past the first bolt of the extension. It was soapy, but still. Desperate.

FIRST 8a! Extremely happy with this after quite an epic. Maybe around 12-14 tie-ins falling 5 times off the final crux hold and one totally heartbreaking fall after it... during the send i aced the hard part and twice NEARLY fell at the much easier top. Id say short intensive 6B+ -> no hand -> short technical 6B -> bad kneebar -> ~10\12 moves 7A endurance -> bad rest --> powerful 6B+ roof and then easy tufa. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrePNQaAPU4

bolting kinda sucks. Interesting moves though! I underestimated the upper boulder problem on the tufas and should not have! A little reach makes the lower crux a lot easier

Really nice climbing. Some bouldery moves on slopers and then an easy tufa boulder around the lip.

Aptly named. The guide is in error - don't do the 'extension', it's just 5m of easy slab crap. The bolts need removing.

Soapy conditions = virtually impossible. Dogged the shit out of it. Felt like 8b.
