3rd go after 4 days of climbing... could have flashed or got it second go for sure if I was fresh but at the end of the day a classic 27 in 3 gos means I must be improving... styled it too... felt easy.

First time Ive ever warmed up on a 27 😂 bottom boulder problem was a bit hard being cold and I did some horrendous slip and ended up hanging off a jug one armed but kept it together for another classic lap... couldn't feel my feet it was so cold though 😂 https://youtu.be/zW_vONNkLz4

Tried again with someone who knew the beta belaying. Did all individual moves clean apart from first to second draw but didn't clip all bolts.

Got every move from the ground clipping all draws whilst climbing, plus footage of it. All moves went in 3 attempts or less, pretty stoked but cleaned since the sun was coming and won't be back this trip. Definitely keen to get back on this thing!

One of the most memorable adventures climbing in NZ, such a fantastic pitch! Exposed, classy moves on steep, beautifully marbled volcanic rock. James and I spent the second half of the day having a crack at it. We free'd all the moves but didn't manage the full send. One to come back for!

4th day on, nothing left in the tank to get this one... felt really hard over the bulge for the grade but once id found the holds was just about foot placement... tick this for the warm up tomorrow after this much needed rest day 😂
