From Borsec head to strada Cimitirului, then once you bypass the cemetery itself take first right on a dirt road. 150m later, you meet the red cross marked path on your left and upwards, which will bring you straight to the crag.

All the sectors are next to each other, and there is an information panel showing the routes (but not route difficulty) next to it, so orientation is quite easy afterwards
