Zum zweiten Mal an diesem Tag in die Route eingestiegen, um einen fallen gelassenen Chalk-Bag zu bergen, der ewta 30m über dem Wandfuss an einem Busch hängen geblieben ist (nur 1. SL geklettert und wieder abgeseilt).

Sehr lohnende Route, solange man mit den eher weiten Hakenabständen klarkommt. Einige male einen Keil gesetzt (DMM Size 4 & 5). Die erste Seillänge kann gut in zwei Teilstücke aufgeteilt werden (Stand an Baum). Die dritte Seillänge (6a) hat uns in Punkto Kraft am meisten gefordert. In Seillänge 5 (6b) darauf achten, dass man sich am Ende der Wand nach links orientiert und noch ein paar schöne Klettermeter mitnimmt, statt auf dem flacheren, aber sehr brüchigen Grat direkt zum Stand zu gehen. Im Abstieg empfiehlt es sich, die dritte Abseilstelle zu nutzen, auch wenn es zuerst so aussieht, als ob man einfach abklettern könnte. Einige Meter weiter unten wird das Gelände nochmals einiges schwieriger.

Knew already a part of the route (Danzig), therefore no OS. Super nice, homogeneous technical line, with a delicate psycho slab at the end, especially when it’s completely wet 😅

Super cool technical and balancy route with a bouldercrux start and an interesting finish (don’t grab the huge loose jug on the left!!). Climbs really well if you find the right body positioning. Bolting was mentally challenging for me. Thx for putting the draws @Yimin!

This route offers all: starts with technical climbing on small crimps on a vertical wall, short boulder on a buldge and ends with a technical psycho slab... one more bolt there would be cool in my opinion... still a pretty nice and sharp line, just didnt have enough juice left... Very crowded today. My second time doing this multipitch. Did the alternative start for P1, 5b in the Plaisir guidebook and 5c in SAC, which is more accurate. Two super morpho moves where people shorter than 170 cm might have troubles. Grades feel stiff here in general, the starting moves of the last pitch (5a) seem closer to 5b/c.

Also das Klettergebiet Wimmis ist meiner Meinung nach einfach "komisch" bewertet. Im Alpbach oder auch Wilderswil würde der "Wanderweg" wahrscheinlich ein 6a wenn nicht 6b erhalten...

Seillänge ist i altem SAC Topo als 4b eingetragen. Neues SAC Online Topo als 5a. Ich würde eher 5b -5c einschätzen. Absicherung sehr alpin. Routenfindung sehr schwierig. Wir sind in 3. SL falsch abgezweigt und in eine 6a SL geklettert. Abseilen 2x und T4-T5 Fussabstieg. Wirklich nicht gut für Einsteiger geeignet.

Didn’t expect to send it so fast, 3 goes, super nice route with some quite distances between bolts, it makes this route a bit mental in my opinion. For sure low end 7c but really nice I had to fight as fuck in the sending go. Edit: route was downgraded to 7b+ and I agree as well.

First 6c+ onsight with placing the QDs by myself, this is actually why I log this one... About the route: the grade is actually just because of the crux part (middle of the route), rest is pretty easy. Not sure if I did it right, went straight up (you can go a little bit more to the right, but since its super close to "Merzinfarkt" I wasnt sure if this is "allowed") which was super hard for that grade... or I am too weak... anyways, not my style... its all about one short boulder, rest is easy.
