Routes in Foster Falls

Don't be fooled by the name, this route is anything but. Second from the left side of the wall. Shares an anchor with Fish-eyed Fool. Super cool boulder problem followed by fairly sustained and crimpy climbing

Climb the arete at the far right side of the redish wall. Follow the friendly tree.

This is a pretty decent trad route on the far left! It's the dihedral. Great route!

Start 100ft left of 'Mrs. Treated'. Climb a short left facing corner and move out of a roof and up a face.

Short.

Get yourself psyched, you'll need it at the end of this climb for the "So What" move!!! Awesome climb.

Several boulder in one, and maybe a knee bar to rest if you find it.

Fun moves on a short juggy route.

This route is second from the right side of the wall. Sidepull crux. Definitely solid for the grade.

Starts on the 1st bolt of 'Junk Yard', to the 1st bolt of 'Rollo', to the 2nd bolt of 'The Big One', to the 2nd bolt of 'You Big Dummy', then to the 'Anchors of Dummy'/ 'Fish-Eyed Fool'. High posiblity of DECKING though out the traverse.

Climb the overhanging face.

Situated left of a seasonal waterfall. Offers varied climbing with great exposure at the top.

Pull a supper classic roof to view the "puppet" theatre. Awesome! Route has 3 distinct sections. Thin face to start. Slabby in the middle. Big roof at the end. Bring a long sling for the last bolt. Thanks John & Brian!

fun pinch move down low

Start to the left of La Pistola, climb the short face, starting with hands just above an overhang.

This is the last climb on the upper 'Bear Mountain Picnic' ledge, to access the remaining climbs, head down to the path and keep moving left.

Climb Ethnic Cleansing, traverse left on the slopey rail, hard kneebar move gains the upper rail. Finish on Gas Chamber

Start as for 'The Hoosier' then trend left on super thin, painful holds.

This route is a little more interesting than the two before, but still just pocket change compared to what's coming up at White Wall.

This is the leftmost route on the Sanford Wall. Starts out moving right, then up and pump.

Furthest left route on the Gutbuster Wall; starts on the arete about 10' left of You Big Dummy. Climb the arete, then trend right and up to the anchors.

Shares first bolt of 'Right Hook'

Moderate climb, start from on top of a little ledge. It's about 3 or 4 feet high. Wet Willie is the route on the right.

Goes up reverse staircase rock to flat roof at top. Start up first pitch of 'Story Of My Life' to ledge. Shares that belay. Requires 60 meter rope.

Thin fingercrack at the slightly sustained crux. Uses 'Wristlets' anchors then continues for another 6 bolts.

Second route from the right edge of the cave. Big moves!

Linkup Traverse- Starts on Gas Chamber and traverses the bunker. Finishes under 'Kill or Be Killed'.

Climb a dirty corner.

Easy face climbing for the first 2/3 then you hit the crux while going around and over a roof. The finish is thin.

A great warm up climb with nice jugs.

Pretty mellow climb until the last bolt. Crux is last bolt to anchors.

Pumpy start, directly over the trail. Stick clip #1. Smooth going until you belly flop up onto a 'pool table - like' slab. Long reach for that clip. Really great route.

This route is at the right edge of the Stanford Wall. Climb up right edge of face to anchors. First bolt is missing- Jan. 4, 2012

Climb the arete.

Stick clip the first bolt.

To the left of “Its all good” decent route with a fun cruz towards the top. The bolts are great condition. Chainlink and ring at the top.

An obvious arete to the left of “Steves holes”. Climb the arete on the left face, moving to the right face toward the top. Crux is between the last bolt and the anchors.

just past 2nd waterfall (which is past 2nd climber's access)

Breaks left of street crimes at the top bulge.

Climb Wristlets then three extra bolts for a second pitch. Can be done in one with 60m rope.

Start is the same as 'Darkie the Bum Beast' but it goes to the left when the bolt line splits.

It is often said that "these are the biggest jugs you will ever fall off of". This route is sustained, overhung climbing. Two tough moves above the second bolt lead to easier climbing until the lip. Here are the real tough moves. Save your energy and bring some body tension! Fun, bouldery route. Has a second pitch too but the anchor has been chopped.

Start on Dreamsicle and finish on anchors of Kill or Be Killed.

Climb pocketed face, difficult start - consider a stick clip.

Nice long right trending climb at the right edge of the wall.

13 bolts to anchor. Blocky bouldery start but route gets interesting after third bolt. Crux is the thin finish to the anchors.

A fun route! A crimp ladder leads to a throw for a huge undercling (crux). Push on to the top.

Right most route on the ledge.

Satisfaction.... Only on gear.

Slopers!!!

A crux move right off the start pulling slopers leads to easier climbing to finish.

Harder than it looks

The only bolted route between rolffed/therapist, and 'Launch Pad' route.

Starts on Wristlets/Handcuffed and goes up and out the blank bulge.

Follow the crack that meanders up the corner between 'Narcissism' and 'Ankles Away'.

10ft left of 'Cold Shoulder' back down on the trail. Face climbing.

Crux is just before the anchors. Watch out for brittle rock to the left of the bolt line about mid way up.

Move over small roof and head left.

Mountaineer the start, to a jug crack system then go left and blast the dynamic crux move.

Start 12 feet left of the tree. Pull a short roof move and SLAB it out.

A forgotten route due to being right in the middle of sport climbing area. Plenty of good protection placement available. The route is located between “Steve holes” (left) and “It’s all good” (right). Shares the start with “It’s all good” however trends to the left with an obvious crack. There are bolts on with one descending ring. A double rack of .3-3 and a set of nuts is enough gear for adequate protection.

Start under roofs at the base of an arete, move through the roofs and continue up the arete to chains. Fight bottom crimps. push through the slopers.

This route is found near the left end of the White Wall. You might want to stick clip this one. Crux in a handcrack high up.

Starts 100' left of Wedgie. Face climbing leads to a slabby section after the last bolt (crux). Finish on a small ledge. Rated 5.9+ in Dixie Cragger's Atlas.

Farthest left route on the face. climb through two low, thin roofs then on to the top

Plumb line up a steep technical face.

Start 15 ft. left of Sweet Surrender. Follow 3 bolts of face climbing to a slab and more vertical climbing.

Sweet route on a beautiful arete.

A technical route on good rock, although bolt placement could be better.

A short route to the left of the main Crime Buttress routes that can be used as a warm up for Crime Buttress. Good holds followed by a mantle, where you might encounter a bush or two while trying to make the last moves before the anchor.

The middle route of the three when you get down the second climbers access. To the left of the sign.

Good route, technical but with good rests.

Starts on Stun Gun and goes left and traverses.
