Ascents in Damascus Gate South having Beta

Good, but probably a bit squeezed in, sharing some holds with the route on the right.

Fell off this 7 years ago. First try today with Annie's impeccable beta. [2]

Sustained and more pumpy than appearances suggest.

Roughly V3 boulder problem off the ground then super chill climbing until the last three draws. Sick route.

Route number 8, feeling it. Had to get the crux beta sorted, sent second shot

Full value, very sustained. Sent on third attempt. Route #5 phew!!

First route for the day as I attempt 12 x 5.12’s. Stiff warm up, esp when it’s about 5•C and cloudy

Worked the moves out with Lee although a short man sequence that worked well. Exciting and some dynamic climbing higher up the route past the crux.

All the beta worked which was amazing. Stoked with a second shot send on a classic cobble & pocket line.

Long pumpy and brilliant! Bouldery low then hang on for the ride to the foream blowing finale... Awesome

nice to clean up this dog and make some gains on the endurance front.

Progressively harder all the way to the chains. Awesome.

End of the day shot to work out the moves through the scoops and see if Tracey's short ass beta works. Needs more work and fresh arms.

Back with fresh arms. Put the gear back on and decided sequence. Powerful climbing down low and determination up high...

Gave it the all and came up trumps! Super happy to tick this route.

fun and a little tricky

gave it a good go. endurance was the problem once again.

pumped out at 3/4 height. endurance = 0.

Rob and Dru beta spraydown on this one was vital.
