Ascents in Oregon

Just managed it fourth go of the day and last go before the snow was coming in. It felt quite hard after a year of bouldering. I think I spent maybe four days on it and had a number of goes somewhere in the mid to high teens. The shot before I sent ended with me not quite catching the clipping jug at the anchors, peeling off backwards, and whipping the entire route having skipped the last bolt. Exciting! I hopped back on soon after because i’d hurt my ankle a bit hitting the wall and didn’t want it to stiffen up. Classic scenes in the park.

Fun, diverse climbing. Juggy overhang to techy crux pulling above a roof, to easy but thoughtful slab climbing. Stick clipped the high first bolt.

Bouldery. Did all the moves, but hung repeatedly. I think I could redpoint this pretty quickly if I had it wired.

Fun! Diverse and sometimes cryptic. The holds are all there, but they take some searching for.

Cruiser.

The first pitch is really nice movement and climbing but the amount of loose, cracking and flexing holds was a little off putting! The second pitch is just shuffling up to the next belay station. The last pitch I found much easier climbing for the grade compared to the first pitch and the arete, exposure and location is just phenomenal!

Did without gear, yikes! I think you can probably get in a .75 or #1 at the top and nuts down lower and you certainly should aim to do so.
